Analysis of 'Towards Spirituality for 21st Century UK'

Greetings ! Having written my article 'Towards Spirituality for 21st Century UK' I want to now also analyse it from many angles.

How likely is it to stir or affect people ?
I am not sure it will stir very many. This is because people have gone of religion or spirituality. They may find it difficult to imagine anything good coming from it again. Or from anything that is close to it. Plus they may now be set in their ways , and so it is too late to bring up this topic again. But all a writer can do is try to call people to that which he or she believes will help them awaken. And many may resent being labelled unawake. So I think its very hard to approach this topic from this normal door. Its as if a lot of barriers have been piled in to prevent access to people from this doorway. To keep them subdued and asleep, living a life of material consumption and focus. To bring people back to look at the basic questions of life (like why we are here) has become meaningless I think. Like there is a big disconnect that appears when we pose them. "Why would you ask why we are here", someone may ask. Its as if they have become irrelevant questions. For me this is a sign of a big sleep, that society has been put in. What is important has become unimportant, and what is not important has become important (eg celebrity culture). So society seems to have become captured and caged but it isnt aware of this. And besides writing about his matter I dont think us writers can do any more. At the end of the day a society can stay fast asleep if this is what it chooses. Our moral duty is simply to remind them about this matter and thats it. We write and talk about it to make it clear and that is it. At least we did our bit. If it doesnt wake up then it doesnt wake up. This is reality.

As for those who do awaken then they have infront of them a beautiful journey I believe. They will discover a new interpretation of life. A new view to it. It will likely light them up. They may 'see' the beautiful Creator and fall in love with it; wanting to thank it that it guided them back towards it/him/her. Happy that they have found this mysterious entity once more in their life. It was always there with us when we were children but we group up and forgot it.

So there will be people who have regained sight and there will be those who wanted to stay without sight. And the latter will likely not like being described or depicted in that way. Some animosity may spill onto the writers and callers to this awakening. This is normal.
