What is beautiful religion ?
Strange title right? We know that most religion is always ugly and used for mind control. So how can there be such a thing as beautiful religion ?
In fact , what is beautiful religion ?
Beautiful religion is where you recognise and realise that God is not the person you thought he was ? Not the picture of him that you had. I mean that of an evil dictator who wants to send you to hell unless you worship him. I think this is the prevalent view when God and Hell are mentioned. A picture of an evil demon comes in who wants us to worship him. If we don't then it's the Hell fire. This kind of God, no one wants. Yet some religious folk are happy to accept this picture. And this then leads to corrupting everything there is about them. Because if your god is ugly then so will you be. We mirror our god. And I think this explains why you have religious looking people (ie their outward is religious ) who have hearts of murderers maybe. ie hateful hearts full of condescension and false pride. They think only they are the saved ones etc. This is because they never really knew the Divine. They just thought they did, and called it God or Allah or Jehovah etc. In fact they were worshipping the devil. Not the Divine. Not the true God.
Now as a result of this misidentification of the Divine many have rightfully rebelled against God and have come to despise him I believe. Because they still have the misidentification in operation. They got the wrong picture for God.
Now once we realise this and accept this then our view of religion can take a dramatic turnaround. Because now we are no longer associating it with evil. But instead with good. So if we see God as a good entity. A good being. Then life can change. And this is the secret I believe.
So if God is good then where do we go from here ? If He/It is good then it means we can ask questions. Eg why he made us ? What does he want us to do here etc. And if he has sent messengers and books then we can read them and find out what he wants us to do and so on. Obviously the current religion has corrupted the understanding because it views God wrongly. So we need to get to the original pure understanding based on a good creator entity. Not one that is not good.
What have I found so far ?
1. That true religion (what I call original religion ) is amazing. Very very beautiful.
2. God's nature is amazing. He/It literally can do everything and on top of that he is very good in personality and character. Although he isn't a human. And the one unique thing about him is that he doesn't tolerate arrogance from his creatures. So if you have a big ego then you are in big trouble with the boss. And this is no joke. That's why humility is a paramount characteristic of true spiritual people ( I won't say religious people). And even if you have a little bit of arrogance then God is not interested to help you. You need to be working to remove your arrogance completely. And trying to humble yourself. This I believe is a key reason why many cannot find God. He doesn't want them to see him when they don't have humble hearts. He will leave them in the dark until they start to learn humbleness I believe.
3. So assuming you can be of a humble heart, we can answer "why did god create us?", "what does he/it want us to do here?", etc. My answer is we are souls that have been created and sent to this planet and inserted into bodies that we learn to move around and control, as well as perceive the environment through (through sight,hearing, smell, touch & taste). And we have a mind to think with and reason through. And an imagination that is like an internal eye that we can see things with ( but internally).
4. Why have we souls been sent here? My current answer is to discover our creator. To know him/it/her (note it is genderless). And we do that by using our minds and questioning ourselves. Questions have big powers. We learn through them. So one can also say we are here to ask questions. To discover why we are here etc. Do we have a creator? If so what is it like? And so on.
5. And once we discover the creator , then what ? Then we fall in love with it. Why ? Because it's so amazing and wonderful. And then what ? Then we do what it asks us to, which is to do good before we leave. Before we return to it on death. And then what ? Then on judgement day we get our deeds weighed up and according to how well we did we get an eternal location in heaven. Where we live there for another life. In a different environment, yet more beautiful. And we are there for ever. That's it as regards to those who discovered and believed in the creator and followed his way of doing good.
6. What about hell then? My current understanding is that Hell is for those who did evil and who did not bother searching for the truth about their existence , and whom when reminded that they should search simply rejected the call and continued their path. You see the creator wants us to use the minds that he gave us , and to use them for searching for truth and to discover about him and so on. He doesn't like those who refuse to use their minds and like to be stubborn and closed minded. The mind is here in order for it to be used, and used especially in the core issues like why we are here and so on. This is my current understanding roughly. But basically rejecting truth (kufr ie covering up truth ) is what God detests. He wants us such that when we see truth that we accept it and don't reject it (eg because our material interests are affected for example).
