The Problem with Leftists

This is my take. They tend to be extremists. Not necessarily violent but they tend to go overboard with everything they say.  They become idealists and everything must be perfect in order to please them. It's similar to the idealist communists mentality. So just because greedy capitalists are bad it doesn't mean an idealist leftist is good. They could be just as bad.

So what is the solution?
The solution in my view is to be a realist and at the same time good hearted. To know that people aren't perfect and that some capitalists may know that their position isn't good but don't see a viable alternative. So a good leftist would try to engage in a positive and patient way with the capitalists instead of showing off that they are more moral than them etc. This is the problem that I see with leftists. They think the moral ground is it. Life is more complicated than that. Need to understand what led capitalists to that path and what other options they had.  Jumping straight to judgement and condemnation is wrong. And I believe it has the opposite effect. The capitalists begin to detest you instead of leaning your way. And the masses may not much sympathise with you. Being real is the key I think. Know that things aren't as simple as they seem. Be willing to dig deeper in life.
