The new Brain wash diet


It’s ok to remain hungry.
Build up endurance for hunger.
Only eat on extreme hunger or close to it.
And when eating only eat enough to remain hungry.

We have been brainwashed in society to eat as soon as we are hungry. This is to help retailers maximise their profits. So their ads want us to keep being hungry. And tell us to eat as soon as we see hunger. But instead we should do the opposite. Only eat when extremely hungry and build up endurance with time to stay hungry longer and longer. Best brainwashing ever ! :-)
