My first experience of Buddhist meditation.

My first experience at a Buddhist centre for meditation I had found work in Cardiff and wanted to see what the spiritual life was like over there. Doing a google search led me to an article saying that it was Buddhism that seemed to be very alive there and talked about the Cardiff Buddhist centre. I then went to find accommodation there near to my work and then very strangely the accommodation I found was very good and next door to that Buddhist centre. Was this a sign from God?? Then another strange coincidence happened in that my landlord told me he had a friend going to that centre today as there was a free meditation session happening and asked me would I be interested to go with him? You see I had asked him the day before  if he was connected to that Buddhist centre in anyway as he had some Buddhist ornaments in his lodgings. Anyway , I said yes and I went with his  friend and this is what happened. We saw one of the teachers I believe. He explained to me what medita...

The two meanings to Islam

There are two main meanings to the religion of Islam. The first is the religion that prophet Muhammad brought. And the second more general meaning is that all the messages are actually Islam. i.e. All messengers and prophets were Muslim. Because Islam is the message from the Creator and meaning to surrender to him/it. Why surrender ? Because the Creator is magical. i.e. You become awed by It when you discover its nature. A truly amazing infinite entity. Eternal as well. And very happy and innocent I believe too. And it's not surrender out of fear as it seems to be portrayed today in some places (especially the Muslim world ) but surrender out of love and awe/ amazement. Peace

My advice to both American camps

My Advice to both American camps 1. My advice to the Hillary supporters Hi guys. Firstly I want you to know that I am a Muslim and am from Britain. The reason I'm offering some advice is because I believe there may soon be a lot of violence and bloodshed in America started deliberately by those who are called the elite or new world order cabal who actually control western governments. But if you think that this is untrue and there is no conspiracy against the masses then you don't need to read further. You will not believe anything I say. But for those who think this is a possibility, that conspiracies do happen then please read on. My hunch is that now the elite are very angry that their candidate Hillary has been defeated and are out to destroy Trump by destroying America. So they will hijack your protests and demos and cause an internal civil war so that Trump fails and the path diverted back to their control. So if you do go on protests be very wary that some people wi...

My advice to the Americans now

My advice to the American people now is to stay away from any protests and demonstrations as these will be used as centre points to ignite an internal civil war by the elite I think. Many democrats will want to protest though I think. In that case watch out as the elite may use people dressed as trump supporters to come and attack you and start the civil war. I hope I am wrong PS: Also vice versa i.e. That people working for the elite but dressed as Hillary supporters may attack Trump supporters. Beware beware

BBC thinks there are many fake news sites appearing!!

Very funny BBC news article about fake news outlets on the increase The funny thing is they don't include themselves and the other mainstream media. But they are right , there are many other fake news outlets but my view is that this is deliberate policy of the elite in order to get people to give up trying to make sense of what is going on. And to instead rely on the mainstream bull. It's a clever technique and it was one of the policies mentioned in the protocols of the elders of Zion document (mentioned in my blog) which is to keep the public bewildered so they have no clue. My advice instead is to read all news and try to identify which outlet is genuine and which isn't. It's not easy but at least you get to keep an open mind this way. Keep questioning your current beliefs and if you find you need to explore alternatives then do so. This is how we grow and develop ourselves. Don't be surprised if after 5 years you have become a different person. This is n...

My understanding of communism , socialism, capitalism and the perfect system

My understanding of communism , socialism, capitalism and what I think is the best system Communism basically severely restricts human freedom. E.g. How much you can earn. Interferes too much with personal freedom. Capitalism is basically worship of money.  They replace worship of the divine with worship of material wealth. Money. So greed ends up ruling and even to the extent of destroying others to get their greed satisfied. But the thing is greed never gets satisfied. So it's endless destruction. This is our situation today in this world where nature is being destroyed and the poor suffer and die slowly from hunger etc. Socialism: this has a loose meaning today but for me it means a system that looks after the welfare of people as its main priority as opposed to sanctifying greed. So it will try to reduce inequality by taking from the rich and giving to the poor. Hence the rich will hate it and the poor will like it. The best system in my view. By combining socialism w...

What they don't tell us about democracy and what is the way ahead

What they don't tell us about democracy and what is the way ahead. I only learnt this yesterday after watching a film on Netflix by Prof Noam Chomsky called 'Requiem for the American dream'.  It seems that true democracy rarely ever gets implemented because there is a fear by the rich that the poor (who are the majority) will simply legislate to remove their wealth. Because democracy is the rule of the majority. The result is that the rich end up taking positions of unelected power in the so called democracies. Hence you get the house of Senate in the US and the House of Lords in the UK. Both unelected undemocratic bodies needed to keep the interests of the rich in play. Chomsky identified how Madison, one of the founding fathers of the US constitution deliberately created this Senate house to ensure the interests of the rich get maintained. And this issue was even recognised by the early Greeks who developed democracy. But their way around it was to work on reducing i...

The invisible/deep government

From John Pilger .com The American journalist, Edward Bernays, is often described as the man who invented modern propaganda.

The nephew of Sigmund Freud, the pioneer of psycho-analysis, it was Bernays who coined the term "public relations" as a euphemism for spin and its deceptions.

In 1929, he persuaded feminists to promote cigarettes for women by smoking in the New York Easter Parade - behaviour then considered outlandish. One feminist, Ruth Booth, declared, "Women! Light another torch of freedom! Fight another sex taboo!" Bernays' influence extended far beyond advertising. His greatest success was his role in convincing the American public to join the slaughter of the First World War.  The secret, he said, was "engineering the consent" of people in order to "control and regiment [them] according to our will without their knowing about it". He described this as "the true ruling power in our society" and called it an ...

My recent experience with some homeless people in the UK

This was with a charity that helps the homeless in Manchester. I was delivering some clothes donations for the cold winter as they had been making requests for the public to help. Things like jackets and warm clothing. Anyway I saw three homeless as well as the guy heading the charity. We were sat in a takeaway shop in that area. Many of them give free food to the homeless in that town by arrangement with that charity. In return they get good publicity on the charity's Facebook page 'Hope 4 homeless and Bolton Dawa team' as well as the good feeling when you help out those in need and who are suffering. I ended being pictured too :-) . So what did I see and learn there sitting with them. They were eating pizza and chips and had a can of drink each. First of all , one thing i noticed about the homeless. They tend to not eat much and they also tend to be very humble and kind I think. They have a difficult life and so I assume this teaches them these qualities. The other...
