What's going on in America re Racism?

Just watched bbc documentary Race Riots USA by black presenter Reggie Yates) about racism in America in Ferguson and done by a black presenter (this is the key). Amazing.
Learnt so much.
1. Guns freely available is a major factor in violence.
2. There is racism.
3. Police try to raise money from traffic incidents for the municipality. Blacks get picked on as easy targets.
4. Poverty of the blacks another major factor. Makes them dislike the whites.
5. Because people can carry guns in US it means Police are very scared and nervous for their lives. This makes them more trigger happy and hence more likely to shoot.
6. There are very strange laws relating to wearing slouchy trousers and also inappropriate walking. How weird. This appears to be mainly for making money for the municipality. And again it's blacks that get targetted.
7. In courts and police departments whites are mainly in charge and the defendants mainly black. Clear endemic racist system. No doubt USA is very racist even with a black president. So much for the american dream. What are they talking about? Its basically apartheid.

So it seems like a Big disaster.
Solution?
Ban guns. But wont happen.
Tackle the deep racism that exists.
Blacks need to continue the peaceful protests so that whites stop the racism. But not all whites are racist. I think the system encourages and conditions whites to be racist. The system is rotten unfortunately. And the black president may just be a clever decoy/ deception.
Whites need to stop this racism.
Blacks need to stop any violent protests as it backfires on them in the long run and just justifies the fear that whites have of blacks.
Whites need to see blacks as friends. And blacks need to respect the humanity of the whites. Hate wont fix the problems i believe.

I think the neocons may be behind it. Stirring up civil war to get the people diverted.

Peace
