Very important saying of the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him

Very useful hadith reported by imam ali when he asked the prophet (pbuh) what are your main character traits. Knowledge (of God) is my Capital; Reason is the Root of my Faith; Love is my Foundation; Enthusiasm is my Horse; Remembrance (of God) is my Friend; Firmness is my Treasure; Sorrow is my Companion; Science is my weapon; Patience is my mantle; Contentment is my reward; Poverty is my pride; Devotion is my art; Conviction is my power; Truth is my redeemer; Obedience is my sufficiency; Struggle is my manner and my pleasure is in my prayer.

Fear of talking about deep issues

There seems to be a section of people who find it difficult to discuss deep issues such as meaning of life and issues regarding death etc. What is the secrete behind this difficulty? What are main reasons? This is my analysis. My feeling is that such people have been sucked very deeply  into a fake world where they no longer see their mortality and have been given many false dreams that they want to busily chase. Too much social interaction could make you lose your self and you may find yourself trying to role model other personalities ( that seem popular ) and so you lose your true identity and become a collection ...

A common personality amongst the English. Do you have this trait?

Being a Sufi Muslim I think deeply about issues, especially spiritual. And with the age we live in today seeming to have concluded decisively that there is no afterlife and that our existence is just an accident with little meaning many (especially men I think) have resigned themselves to this conceptual framework and moulded their personality in accordance. The result is a dismal existence, someone who carries little happiness and is quick to complain when observing a fault ( there is a particular English actor that comes to mind but I forget his name that matches with this. Tall , balding , middle aged). The result is a personality that is not easy to please and quick to find the negative. All this because they believe this talk about existence of an afterlife and a good and kind creator to be false. So I pose a question to them. What if there is a good afterlife and a kind creator? How would your personalities have changed ? If you can entertain this thinking then you can be on...
