The elite can apply severe discomfort and pressure on the public and the public wouldn’t complain much I think. They have received conditioning to make them think only about coping and plodding through. They have not been given any ammunition relating to complaining and making a stand against the powers that be. And even then they  have been fooled into thinking the powers that be are actually the government rather than those that control it, or that the gov works for. So they would just think about electing the other party and so the system continues. So there is very strong conditioning that the masses have been subjected to. So its extremely hard for them to break out of it. I think there have been layers of it that have been applied. Not just one layer. With the desire to remove human rights David Cameron and Theresa May have become the non muslim versions of the backwards  Wahabi movement, #NonMuslimWahabis Following Russell Brands excellent Trews about the new conservatives fast track freedom curbing laws (link is at the end), this is my statement: We the People charge prime minister David Cameron and Theresa May with Terrorism and ask the police to arrest them because they want to take away our freedoms. They have infringed upon our British values as well as our human rights. We will not let them oppress us and call for the support of the army too to remove such people from office if the police are not able to. We will not have our hard won rights taken away on the pretext of deceit by terrorism threatening and other scaremongering techniques. West says they want democracy. Then they support coup leader in Egypt and are quiet about death sentence on democratically elected president. What does that say about the West? And they like to say they are civilised and enlightened !

My simple analysis of why people chose conservative: They consider the overriding issue is the economy. They want to keep their mortgage payments. Which makes sense. But what they don't realise is that the way the gov has been solving the economy issue is through printing money (QE). I don't see this as a long term solution. Hence expect a big problem to come. Then they will see that the issue is much bigger than choosing a party to vote for. The system is broken. But until then they will keep seeing things as they have been and give the conservatives the benefit of the doubt.
